    Women's Wellness Massage Studio

Stimulating the Body, Relaxing the Mind, Rejuvenating the Soul through caring Touch.

Greetings! Thank you for considering me as a part of your self care team. I offer affordable women's wellness massage in my home studio. I accept clients through referral or personal invitation only. My intention is to create a supportive soothing environment for each client's unique bodywork session.

What is wellness? ....."a conscious, self directed and evolving process of achieving full potential"   The National Wellness Institute

Wellness massage is a combination of techniques intended to prevent illness and dis-ease in the body and mind. Each massage session will be a fresh and proactive approach for your valuable time on the table. I will combine over 19 years of massage and bodywork education, experience and intuition that will flow through various healing modalities such as Myo-Fascial Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Trigger Point Release, Reflexology and Cranio-Sacral Balancing.

Please note: Sadly, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, my rates, hours and overall approach to treating clients had to change. I will be seeing a reduced number of clients who are in the lower risk category. You, as a valued and respected client, will be spending close contact with me in my home studio and therefore many precautions must be taken for you and for myself and family. While these precautions are constantly being updated by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, you can read a current "Guideline for Practice" brochure online. During our time together I will wear a mask, provide increased air circulation and filtering and practice frequent hand washing and sanitizing. You will also be required to wear a mask, wash hands and use hand sanitizer before and after your massage. All linens including blankets are fresh for each client and all session and public areas disinfected prior to and after your massage. Our talk time will be limited to the session room and only as necessary to facilitate a productive bodywork experience. I advise all prospective clients to get approval for massage from their physicians and be prepared to fill out a new intake form as well as sign a liability waiver. YOU MUST CONSIDER:There is no guarantee either of us are virus free on the day of a massage! If you are not feeling well, or have even a vague feeling of dis-ease in your body the day of your scheduled massage, please call and cancel as soon as possible. I will do the same for you. Happily I can safely offer "you" time on the table, albeit with an even higher appreciation for the pursuit of wellness. Remember, no one can steal your joy, it's yours to cherish

Check out back issues of BODYSENSE Magazine on this website for interesting massage and bodywork topics. I highly recommend you read "How To Enhance Your Massage Experience" in the final Autumn 2021 issue!
